Outfit of the Day; 21st Birthday

 photo Blog Birthday Outfit_zpspzyqfyrj.png

The day has come, I have officially reached the prime age of 21! However, unlike a lot of people on their 21st birthday, I decided against going out clubbing or to a pub and instead chose to have a nice little dinner out with my family (clubbing has never been my thing anyway).

I actually filmed a YouTube video showing the long-ass process of me getting ready, but thought I'd just share a few pictures over here, as a stepping stone to hopefully get back into blogging; So watch this space!

My faux leather jacket was from Boohoo, which I wore with a simple cropped black t-shirt from Primark, and some patterned treggings, also from Primark. I chose those lovely chunky-heeled, white sandals to pair with this look as finally the weather is getting nicer outside, so sandals here we come!

The 3 necklaces came as a set from Primark, and the rings were a mix from both Topshop and ASOS, which I've collected over the years.

Anyway, I had a great birthday, and I'm happy to finally have the motivation to get back into blogging; Let's just hope it sticks this time. Be sure to follow my blog to keep up to date with my story, and I hope you all have a great weekend!

Hey everyone!

This post was originally just going to be my Missguided haul, but yesterday I noticed that I have managed to surpass 20,000 views!! Now I know this may not seem like a lot to some people, but to me, the fact that my blog has been viewed over 20,000 times is amazing! So thank you for joining me here, it means the world to me, and it would be amazing if you could follow my blog, or even follow me over on Bloglovin'

Anyway, if you're only here for the Missguided haul, then you can check it out over on my YouTube channel!

I'll probably upload some workout OOTD's here soon, as I'm just loving the pieces I got, and it's always better to see the items on someone, than me just holding them up!

Valentine's Day OOTD;

Hope you all had an amazing Valentine's Day!

If you've seen my Valentine's Outfit video over on my YouTube channel then you have already seen this outfit! But to those of you who haven't here we go!

 photo Outfit 3 Kinda CLose_zpsxblfqlmv.png

 photo Outfit 3 Full 3_zpsvkyhgwd3.png

I chose this outfit for my Valentine's escapades as it's totally bold and a bit edgy, but it is also so, so comfy to wear. Plus I didn't feel like walking around in heels, and I absolutely adore these spiked flats from ASOS!

I love a good full black outfit, so I feel totally at home in this outfit. Plus, I'm a little self-conscious about my 'big' hips, so was a little worried about this outfit, but it was actually the most flattering out of everything I tried on!  The disco pants just kind of slim everything down and smooth out your silhouette, so definitely try them if you're a little worried about problem areas!

The fur jacket is from Select, the crop top is from Primark, the disco pants are from Primark, the shoes are from ASOS, and the necklace is from Matalan. So overall a really affordable outfit!

I hope you all had an amazing Valentine's day, no matter what you did, and let me know what your chosen date outfit was in the comments below!

With Valentine's Day coming up, I thought I'd do my first proper outfit post on this blog!

So, I'm not the kind of person who totally enjoys going to a classy dinner or something for a date, I love just a casual day out, so that's what my outfit is based around!

This lovely illustrated tshirt is from Angelpixielove, who was amazing enough to send it to me! So of course, I teamed it up with my classic leather jacket, a bold patterned pair of leggings, some chunky ankle boots, a spiky beanie and an amazing choker necklace from ASOS!

(To get the Angelpixielove tshirt, or just to check them out click here!)

This outfit just screams ME, I love all things edgy and cool, and so I absolutely adore this outfit, and love how the tshirt has a beautiful illustration on it, but can also appear quite simple, it makes it perfect for pairing up with anything! For make up I, again, prefer it quite simple and did just a classic winged liner, a smidgen of blush and just lip balm!

So this is my classic casual date look, but I want to know what you will be wearing this Valentine's Day, and what you'll be doing! Whether it's out for a nice dinner with a date, or a night out on the town with your girl friends! Let me know in the comments below.

To check out the looks I picked for a casual date, dinner date and an evening date, you can check out my YouTube video down below! If you want to know where I got anything shown in this post then you can also check out the links in my video description!

Love you all, have a great Valentine's Day, and I will see you next time! x

Pet Shop Bowl Review;

Ok, I know this may seem like a totally random post to include here on my fashion blog, but... Let's face it, our furry friends need to be pampered sometimes, and that's exactly what Pet Shop Bowl did for my cat!

So my cat, Kiera, was sent an amazing goodie box from the wonderful people over at Pet Shop Bowl, and you can actually check out her review of everything she received down below!

But in all seriousness, I wanted to show the things that she received, as everything was all natural, and totally amazing.

 photo Food Pouches_zps9nsagbyi.jpg

So to begin with, she was sent 4 pouches of wet food.  Now we normally feed Kiera wet food, so I knew she'd like this, but I didn't think she'd be so obsessed with it! She actually ended up licking the bowl clean when she had this!

Not only did my cat really enjoy it, but these almo nature pouches are made with natural ingredients, are rich with proteins and nutrients, and use 100% human grade ingredients (which I didn't test by the way!)  so you know that your cat is only getting the best of the best.  That's all that matters to me, so I will definitely be switching my cat over to these, from her regular supermarket bought food.

Then Kiera was lucky enough to receive a bag of dry cat food biscuits and some rustle cat toys.
Now both of these I was a little worried about when I pulled them out of the box, as Kiera isn't too fond of eating biscuits on their own, and neither does she like toy balls!  But I was pleasantly surprised.

She absolutely ADORED the dry food, and loved playing with the balls, both of which you can see from her point of view in her video review.  Again, just like the wet food, not only did my cat love the biscuits but they're made from all natural, fresh meat and vegetables. Using 70% animal ingredients, including free-run chicken and 30% vegetable products this complete cat food has a variety of health benefits, and is obviously delicious to cats too!

 photo Treats_zpsejygn8cx.jpg

Last, but definitely not least, Kiera received a lovely bag of treats, which was definitely her favourite thing I pulled out of the box!

Another example of a wonderful natural product with no artifical flavours or colours, gluten free and made with 95% real meat. Now, my cat loves her treats, but once she'd had one of these, she just couldn't have enough, and literally chased me around as I had the bag in my hand!!  They're nice and big, meaning you could probably break them in half to make 2 treats, so you get more for your money. Plus the fact that they're made with real meat makes me feel a little less guilty when I'm slipping my cat a couple of extra treats!

So thank you Pet Shop Bowl for sending Kiera this wonderful box of goodies, she absolutely loved trying everything in there, and I had so much fun filming her do so!

All products mentioned are below, so go and treat your furry friends too!

Top 10 Winter Wish List!;

Hey everyone, long time no see!

But like I said, I'm back, and I've brought with me, my top 10 picks for my Winter wish list. Now, these aren't just random items that I like and so have thrown together; I've picked a few select items that you can mix and match together with basic items in your own wardrobe to create a bunch of different styles.

So this wish list is also kind of like a capsule wardrobe, a bunch of outfits, in a few basic mix-and-match pieces. I've done this, as we all spend so much over Christmas, that maybe not everyone has the funds to now splurge on clothing. All items I've picked are pretty affordable, so no one should have any issues here! Yay!

Winter WIsh List!

I'm just going to get straight into it, and explain why these gorgeous pieces made it into my top 10 wish list!

I absolutely love this 'Two Type Top' by RedSoul from Tonic Clothing (1), simply because it looks like you're getting two pieces for one! I love the look of sheer layers anyway, so you have that aspect, but then with the added jumper 'layer' it makes it more Winter appropriate. Of course I love the fact that it's also all black, as black definitely consumes my wardrobe during the colder months!

Next up I chose this gorgeous pair of pointed chelsea boots from Sole Affair (2). If you been here on my blog before, you will know that I ADORE ankle boots, they're basically all I wear, so I really couldn't resist! These also have a really pointed toe as opposed to the more round toes that other chelsea boots tend to have, and I actually think I prefer them!

Now like I said, my wardrobe becomes pretty Monochromatic during Winter, so I like to add a little pattern or design into my wardrobe through key piece, such as these printed jeans (3) that I also found on Tonic Clothing. I love myself a good bold print, so these are definitely on my wish list.

Of course, to finish off any outfit you have to have your accessories. To any of these items I'd add a fedora (black of course!) and I have been looking for the perfect one for ages! I love this one from Missguided (4) as it's kept simple, it's affordable, but it doesn't look cheap.. Which is a key aspect with all these pieces! Then every girl has to have a purse, and this silver envelope purse from TopShop (5) is something I've been after for ages, and finally they're back in stock!  Last accessory is a chocked, also from Topshop (8), and although I thought chokers were a thing that died with the 90's, I can't help but last after them every time I see someone wearing one!

You didn't think I could only include one pair of shoes in my wish list did you? Of course not! These chunky platform boots (6) are GORGEOUS, and I just can't get enough. Maybe not the most practical for the icy Winter paths, but I will definitely try! Another pair of shoes are these chunky cut out platforms (9), I have been after something like this for as long as I can remember, as I just love the cut out look with the buckles. These shoes are also on sale at the moment for only £9.99 so I'm seriously going to have to grab myself a pair before they sell out! (Both pairs are from Sole Affair by the way!)

Then of course, I had to include a couple of Winter essentials in my wish list. This simple but beautiful grey jumper (7), and this classic khaki parker (10) both from Tonic CLothing are totally Winter must haves.. and I must have, like.. now!! I love the look of parkas with the fur around the hood, as it would definitely be handy when it's cold outside, and the jumper is perfect to layer underneath it!

Wow.. Never knew I could ramble on so much! I guess my lack of blogging has been building up inside of me, and all spewed out during this post! Anyway, this blog is definitely a stepping stone for me to get back into it, and I also have a new YouTube channel if you want to check it out! (here)

What are your top 10 items on your Winter Wish List... and did I convince you to add any of my chosen items to yours!? Let me know in the comments!
